Major (Retd.) Mahalaxmi Thapa has spent 20 years serving the
Nepali Army, with rich experience in leadership, strategic planning,
investigative expertise, operational security, training & mentorship
collaboration and co-ordination, crisis management, regulatory compliance,
human & resource management and VVIP security.
In addition she is an advocate with rich experience in
criminal law, client advocacy and trial preparation, settlement agreements,
client management and mediation.
As an instructor (Female) of Ultimate Venue, Mahalaxmi
utilizes her years of military experience in leadership, adaptability,
collaboration, problem solving, strong work ethic, time management ,
investigation and training in her own country and overseas to build tough,
smart, disciplined leaders of tomorrow who are ready to face challenges head on
in life.
