It applies to all adventure boot camp activities including obstacle courses, rock climbing, ziplining (omega), survival training, and related programs.

2. Safety Philosophy

Ultimate Venue Pvt. Ltd. prioritizes participant safety while delivering challenging and fun adventure experiences. Guiding principles: Prevention over cure; Education and awareness; Compliance with industry standards.

3. Risk Assessment and Management

Risks are identified for each activity, including terrain, weather, and participant capabilities. Mitigation measures include SOPs, participant screening, weather adjustments, and emergency planning. Staff are trained in first aid, CPR, and communication with emergency services.

4. Staff Qualifications and Training

All instructors must hold certifications relevant to their activities. Regular refresher courses and safety drills are mandatory.

5. Equipment Safety

Use only certified equipment. Maintain inspection and maintenance schedules, repair or replace damaged gear, and ensure proper storage.

6. Participant Safety Guidelines

Obtain signed waivers and informed consent forms. Conduct safety briefings and enforce protective gear. Maintain appropriate supervision ratios.

7. Medical and Health Provisions

  • - Ensure protective padding or sand pits in high fall-risk zones.
  • - Provide demonstrations before participant attempts.
  • - Monitor weather; suspend activities in rain/thunderstorms.

Rock Climbing SOP

  • - Daily inspection of climbing holds, anchors, ropes, harnesses.
