With over 21 years of mountain warfare experience, crisis management, and resilience training, Aditya's unmatched expertise benefits Ultimate Venue. His Training Advisor and Board Member role sees him design and organize training programs that give participants mental resilience, discipline, and leadership skills — and not just for the mountains, but for life.

Aabhushan is also a seasoned mountaineer, having ascended Mt. Imja Tse (Island Peak – 6,189m) in 2020, proving his belief in development through challenge. As Board Member and Advisor, he brings dynamism, imagination, and youthful vision to Ultimate Venue's mission.

As Co-Founder of Ultimate Venue, and CEO and Chief Training Officer, Hemant utilizes his military leadership and training experience to oversee strategic operations and develop tough, safety-first training programs. His mission is to build tough, disciplined leaders who are ready to face challenges head-on in life.
